Many people underestimate the power of human touch and how much we need this in our lives. Without it, we are more stressed, more often sick, have more anxiety, and are less happy.  A lot of people are lacking this contact in their lives. This can be due to a variety of reasons.  Maybe a recent break up, or a busy schedule, or perhaps losing a loved one. 
Despite the proven benefits of touch, we live in a culture that does not sanction touch simply for the sake of touch. In the US people are afraid to touch one another and are more agitated and aggressive as a result both verbally and physically.

Have someone read to you, have a great conversation, or relax in silence.  Choose from a variety of snuggle positions: full immersion, light touch, tickles, no touch, big spoon, little spoon, back to back, front to front, laying, or sitting.
